| AAtronics, Inc. is a Commercial multi-faceted company which has an Audio-Visual Systems Integration Division, Rental Division, Service Division and an Internet Web-based Sales Division |
| Primary Role: |
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls project activities required for effective management of electronic security installation projects. Supervises installation labor and sub-contractors. Works with financial, contract management and other management reports and tools to define project problems to assure project profitability. Is responsible for training and developing employees. Is responsible for the quality of installation. |
| Responsibilities: |
- Perform assembly, installation and repair of equipment, materials and systems as directed, specified and required in the work orders and project documentation
- Responsible for reading and understanding assigned project documentation and work orders, and determine if additional information is required
- Plans and schedules engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities on large and/or complex systems, or service installed jobs. Advise Coordinator of requests for shop labor, equipment, engineering and sales assistance
- Attend regular job meetings when required
- Inform Coordinator of any problems and concerns with assigned projects
- Maintain updated as-built drawings and documentation for assigned projects
- Ensure customer sign-off on completed projects and that Operation and Maintenance Manuals are delivered
- Responsible for reporting daily time and activity to the Coordinator and updating project database information
- Promote new products and service contracts.
- Maintain a professional image and implement quality assurance program to continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Provide product and system education and in-service training for co-workers, customers and end users. Work with installers on System Integration Training.
- Actively participate in personal and professional development and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that the company offers
- Comply with company policies, as well as health and safety issues
- Promotes a team environment. Resolving problems, coaching and appraising employees.
- Monitors job status and controls job costs
- Responsible for completing all paperwork, POs are all completed, Notice of Completions (NOC) is sent, and jobs are turned over to Service
- Other duties as required or assigned

| Qualifications: |
The Project Manager shall possess a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
Associates degree (2 year) or Bachelor degree (4 year) in a technical capacity is desirable
Five years of experience in the engineering and installation of Electronic Security systems, or related field. Has a strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, relay logic, PLC’s and operations. Good subcontracting skills required. An understanding of job financial reports, and the ability control costs in the handling of large projects.

Proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Projects, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementing skills which allow the successful completion of a project by a specific due date.

Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations.

Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation.

Valid and current uninhibited drivers license.

| Physical, Mental and Environmental Requirements: |

Employee is required to stand, walk, climb, sit and use hands and fingers.

Some light lifting of objects is required.

Reaching, grasping and carrying activities also required.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Although most work is performed inside, occasional outside activities are subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations.
